The Site describes our freight brokerage services and provides ways to contact us. It is informational. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a binding rate, or a guarantee of capacity. Quotes are given by phone or email and are valid only as stated when given.

Zone Seven Logistics LLC is a freight brokerage agency. We arrange for the transportation of freight by third-party motor carriers. We are not a motor carrier and do not operate trucks. The terms governing any shipment we arrange are set out in the separate broker-shipper or broker-carrier agreement, rate confirmation and bill of lading for that shipment, and those documents control over anything on this Site.

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose; scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to extract content or contact information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any system connected to it; interfere with or disrupt the Site; introduce malicious code; or misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or company.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the Zone Seven Logistics name and marks, are owned by Zone Seven Logistics LLC and protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for your own business use in evaluating our services. You may not otherwise copy, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

The Site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZONE SEVEN LOGISTICS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OR LOST DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. THIS SECTION APPLIES TO USE OF THE SITE ONLY; liability relating to any shipment is governed by the agreement, rate confirmation and bill of lading for that shipment.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zone Seven Logistics LLC from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Zone Seven Logistics LLC, you will receive messages about your quotes and shipments, including carrier assignment, pickup and delivery confirmations, appointment times, driver ETAs, delay notices, and questions about paperwork. Message frequency may vary depending on the shipments you have with us. Message and data rates may apply; Zone Seven Logistics does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Revisions take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico for any dispute arising out of the Site or these Terms.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
